The problem is not talent shortage, but talent allocation. Mastercard responded with Here to Stay and wherenext.sk, a digital tool combining aggregated transaction data, labour market insights and migration expertise. It turns complex information into clear career pathways, showing users where their skills are needed, what they should improve and what outcomes they can expect. Instead of simply reacting to vacancies, people can make informed career decisions—turning underemployment into economic opportunity.
