The deaf community faces systemic barriers to financial information, limiting its ability to make informed and independent financial decisions. Mastercard set out to create lasting infrastructure, not temporary awareness. Building on the Signs of Inclusion Financial Dictionary and crowdsourcing platform prispevajkretnjo.si, we transformed financial education into a live experience: Money on Hand!, the first inclusive comedy about finance performed without interpreters. By creating a scalable, permanent educational theater format, Mastercard delivered a sustainable business solution and educational model that makes financial knowledge more accessible, understandable and reusable by the community, educators and financial institutions.
